Terms of Service — AquaPulse

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AquaPulse — Water Tracker mobile application (the "App") provided by TTB International LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AquaPulse is a free water-tracking and hydration coaching app. It includes daily water logging, an AI hydration coach (AquaCoach), a body water map, a meditation breath feature, optional Family Mode, and reminders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AquaPulse. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Free, Ad-Free, No In-App Purchases

AquaPulse is fully free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases. We may introduce optional premium features in future versions; those would be clearly labeled and opt-in.

4. Your Account

You may use AquaPulse without an account (guest mode). If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or API keys.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Submit abusive, harassing, or illegal content via AquaCoach.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or family groups.
Use the App to spam or distribute malware.

6. AI Coach Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

⚠️ Not Medical Advice. AquaCoach provides general educational information about hydration and breathing. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, you are pregnant, have kidney/heart disease, or take medication, consult your doctor before changing your fluid intake. Do not use AquaPulse in emergencies.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of messages you send to AquaCoach and family information you provide. You grant us a limited, royalty-free license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

8. Family Mode Conduct

Family Mode is a collaborative feature. Do NOT share your family invite code publicly. Be respectful of all members. We may remove a family group for abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

The AquaPulse name, logo, and all original content are owned by TTB International LLC. The water-glass mark and indigo gradient brand identity are protected by trademark and copyright.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTB INTERNATIONAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated inside the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
