TTB International LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the AquaPulse โ Water Tracker mobile application ("AquaPulse", the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

AquaPulse is fully free, no ads, no in-app purchases.
You can use the app entirely as a guest, with NO account and NO personal data sent to our servers.
If you sign in with Apple, Google, or use Family Mode, we collect the minimum data needed to run those features.
You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time from inside the app (Settings โ "Permanently delete my account").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Data stored only on your device (default for guests)
Profile metrics you enter during onboarding: weight, height, age, gender, country.
This data is stored on your device via AsyncStorage. We do not see it unless you explicitly choose to sign in or use Family Mode.
1.2 Data collected when you sign in (optional)
If you sign in with Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, we receive from those providers and store on our servers:
A unique user ID (Sub claim)
Your email address
Your display name (if you choose to share it)
Your profile picture URL (if available)
1.3 Data collected when you use AquaCoach AI
The text of your messages to the AI coach.
Optional context you opt-in to share: today's hydration percentage, daily goal, weight, age, gender โ purely to give you better answers.
Your AquaCoach chat history is stored on our servers and visible only to you.
Messages are processed by OpenAI (gpt-4o) via the Emergent AI Universal API. OpenAI does not train on your data per their API policy. More info.
1.4 Data collected in Family Mode
Your daily hydration percentage and goal, shared only with members of your family group.
Your name and profile picture, shown on the family leaderboard.
The family group invite code you created or joined.
1.5 Data we do NOT collect
No advertising IDs (IDFA / GAID).
No location data.
No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
No third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
No HealthKit data in this version (HealthKit integration will be added in a future version with explicit user permission).
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide the core hydration tracking experience.
To synchronize your account across devices if you sign in.
To deliver personalized AquaCoach AI responses.
To enable the optional Family Mode leaderboard.
To detect abuse and ensure service security.
We will never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with the following service providers, who act on our behalf as data processors:
Apple Sign In / Google Sign In โ for authentication (you choose to use them).
OpenAI (via Emergent AI) โ to generate AquaCoach AI replies. Your message text and optional context are sent. No long-term training.
MongoDB Atlas (cloud database) โ to store your account, chats, family data.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or for marketing purposes.
4. Children's Privacy
AquaPulse is rated 4+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us at info@ttbinternationalllc.com and we will delete the data immediately.
5. Data Retention
Guest local data: stays on your device until you uninstall or reset the app.
Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted permanently within 7 days when you press "Permanently delete my account".
AquaCoach chat history: deletable anytime by tapping the trash icon in the AI Coach tab.
6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK)
You have the right to:
Access โ request a copy of your data.
Correct โ fix inaccurate data via Settings.
Delete โ erase your account in-app (Settings โ delete account), or by emailing us.
Object / Restrict โ limit certain processing by signing out or staying as a guest.
Portability โ request your data in a machine-readable JSON format by email.
We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS for all network traffic, encrypted database storage, token-based authentication, and secure password-less sign in via Apple/Google. No method is 100% secure but we strive to use commercially acceptable means.
8. International Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States and Europe. By using AquaPulse, you consent to your data being transferred to these jurisdictions.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced inside the app and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
