By using Sound Pro ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
Sound Pro Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The Meter feature uses your device's built-in microphone to estimate ambient sound levels in decibels. It is not a calibrated or certified measurement instrument. Do not rely on it for situations requiring legally certified sound measurements (e.g. workplace safety compliance, legal disputes, medical decisions).
The Boost feature can increase playback volume beyond normal levels. Prolonged exposure to loud audio can damage your hearing. Use boost features at your own risk and at a reasonable level.
You're granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the App on devices you own or control.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on measurement readings.
We may update the App and these terms from time to time.
