Summary

Pack Guardian is a package tracking app. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

What we collect

• Anonymous account: when you first open the app we create an anonymous account with a random identifier. No name, email, or phone number is required.
• Tracking data: the tracking numbers you add, package nicknames, categories, and declared values you enter.
• Optional photos: if you use the unboxing photo feature, the photo is stored with your package record.
• Preferences: app language and notification settings.

How we use it

• To show tracking status for the packages you add.
• To generate claim letters and delivery answers you request.
• To remember your settings between sessions.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not show third-party ads.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Third parties

To provide live tracking, tracking numbers you add may be sent to carrier data providers solely to retrieve shipment status. Tracking numbers are not linked to your identity.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
